I think it's near unanimous by now that 'Round&Round was a nasty bummer...but never was it worse to me than stomping its ugly butt all over the end of a particularly excellent Stella Blue...

like getting woken up from a beautiful dream by some idiot with a bullhorn.

have you listened to the 5/11/78 Around & Around? I tried to love it, then...I did! Near the end it changes gear into one ass-kickin rocker. Check it out, you may hear it as an exception.
Casey Jones...well actually most of their common encores were so-so to me. Maybe because the show was ending.

I'm sure I would have liked R&R better had it been a first setter. Hated how it always came at the end of a song like Wharf Rat or Black peter, and just jarred it so rudely out of existence.

I'll give the one you mentioned a try.

Oh! I have that--guess I just haven't even bothered w/the R&R..

That's the disc that has my all time favorite DUPREE's, if I'm thinking of the right one....
